Young people's counselling

Counselling will give you the opportunity to talk in a confidential, open, non-judgemental place. Whatever you want to bring to the session we can talk through and over time through various counselling modalities and specific tools to help your mental wellbeing help you overcome and grow as a person.

This will usually happen over 6-12 sessions on a weekly basis but this isn’t set. Some things take more or less time depending on what you need help with but this can be discussed and tailored to your needs. Sessions are typically £50 but can offer concession rates to those on forms of benefits or counselling students.

If you press the book appointment button on the top left screen, or my contact details are at the bottom of this page you can get in contact with me and we can discuss this further to see if we’re a good fit.
